BeatSprout (“the App”) is developed and published by Aaron Sedna.
Information we collect
The developer does not collect, sell, or share personal information through the App. BeatSprout does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, chat, public profiles, or leaderboards.
The App does not access the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or media library. It does not request the Android advertising identifier.
Purchases and advertising
BeatSprout includes all ten musical worlds and does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising.
Information stored on the device
The App stores rhythms, lesson results, stars, settings, accessibility preferences, and daily app-limit usage in Android app-private storage. This information is used only to provide gameplay, show progress, remember preferences, and end play when the selected daily limit is reached. It is not sent to the developer.
Android backup or device-transfer features may copy local App data according to the family’s device and Google account settings. The developer does not receive that data.
No recording or sharing
BeatSprout does not record audio, use the microphone, export files, or provide a sharing feature. Saved rhythms remain in Android app-private storage on the device, subject to the backup and device-transfer behavior described above.
Children’s privacy
BeatSprout is designed for children ages 6–12 and follows a data-minimizing approach. It has no sharing feature, in-app feed, chat, public profile, open recipient list, behavioral advertising, or personal-data capture.
Data deletion
Because BeatSprout has no account or server-side data, there is no remote profile to delete. Local data remains until the family clears the App’s storage in Android settings or uninstalls it.
Changes
If BeatSprout’s data practices change, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated before the change is released.
